Shifting his focus to research, he began a tenure-track position and established his lab in July 2020.

Judah is the Director of the Jerusalem Region of the Azrieli National Centre for Autism and Neurodevelopment Research, and has served on Israel Ministry of Health committees to establish policy on the diagnosis of young children with autism as well as the diagnosis of adults. He is also on the advisory committees for Hebrew University's Center for Disability Studies and Autism Center.

Judah's research focuses on autism and developmental disabilities in early childhood, specifically focused on parents and systems as mediators of symptomatology and, consequently, intervention.
