Rima'a Da'as (Ph.D.) is a lecturer at the school of Education, Division of Policy, Administration, and Leadership in Education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her research areas include organizational learning, school reform and change, leaders’ cognitive complexity and cognitive aspects of education administration research, leadership characteristics and school outcomes, impact of political and cultural contexts on perceptions of leadership, and leadership for society. She was recently awarded a Mofet Institute grant to conduct research on principals' cognitive complexity and organizational learning mechanisms across cultures.

דר' רימאא דעאס, מרצה בבית הספר לחינוך בתוכנית למנהל, מדיניות ומנהיגות בחינוך באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים. תחומי המחקר המרכזיים שלה: למידה ארגונית, רפורמות ושינוי ארגוני, מורכבות קוגניטיבית של מנהיגים, היבטים קוגניטיביים בחקר מינהל החינוך, מאפייני מנהיגות ותוצאות בית הספר והשפעת הקשרים פוליטיים ותרבותיים על תפיסות לגבי מנהיגות, ומנהיגות למען החברה. לאחרונה זכתה במענק ממכון מופת לערוך מחקר המשווה בין תרבויות בנושא מורכבות קוגנטיבית של מנהלים ומנגנוני למידה ארגוניים.
