My scientific work focuses mainly on the relations between organizational structure, context, and professional behavior in educational settings. Two intertwined issues are at the core of my studies: the organizational structure and its impact on individuals' professional behaviors, and the organizational context focusing mainly on school empowerment policies and the introduction of School-Based Management in schools operating in centralized educational systems.
