The lab has three main domains of interest. The first focuses on psychometrics and educational measurement, where we investigate the validity and fairness of selection tools, such as the Psychometric Entrance Test.
The second domain of interest focuses on group decision-making where we explore the role of diversity in making accurate collective judgments (the "wisdom of crowd" effect). Our third domain of interest focuses on social and moral behaviors, where we explore psychological factors enhancing people's selfish and unethical behavior.
